Lead acquisition
Lead engine
Find local businesses that need a website.
Implemented · tests run (58 of 58) · local · preview-only messaging.
A lead-generation system that collects local service businesses from public directories, removes duplicates, flags businesses without a website and ranks them by how likely they are to need one. The operator reviews prospects on a dashboard, grades their websites and drafts personalised SMS pitches. Messages are previewed only; nothing sends without a person.

Data and automation
Ingestion, deduplication, scoring and a safe driver
Implemented · tests run (58/58) · local
Collecting leads by hand from directories is slow and error-prone. This pipeline gathers listings from three sources, merges repeats into one record, spots businesses with no website, scores each one transparently, and refuses to publish a list that contains test data. Its automation only plans until a person explicitly allows it to act.

Lead board with website grading
Implemented · local · preview-only messaging by design
A working screen for prospecting: every collected business in one table, evidence about its website, a quick grade for how much it needs a new one, a panel to launch a city search, and a composer that previews personalised text messages but cannot send them.
