Lead board with website grading
Implemented · local · preview-only messaging by design
A working screen for prospecting: every collected business in one table, evidence about its website, a quick grade for how much it needs a new one, a panel to launch a city search, and a composer that previews personalised text messages but cannot send them.
Overview
The lead board is a Next.js route set of about 3,200 lines across more than 16 files, built from hand-authored console components styled with Emotion. It reads the unified lead feed from an explicitly configured data root and shows which file it read, because several disagreeing copies of the feed exist; missing values render as a dash rather than a false zero.
An evidence panel shows each prospect's website status and lets the operator record a website-quality grade, saved through a server action to an annotations file. An acquisition panel launches or plans a city capture through the automation driver and polls its run status. A side-pane composer fills SMS templates with prospect details and a template-preview link; it is structurally unable to send.
The board has no automated tests yet, which is its main gap.
