Engineering: how I deliver
A delivery process built around clear authority, evidence and verification.
Method
These four stages are governed through the Engineering Review & Assurance System .
- 01
Architect
scoped plans, authority boundaries, review.
- 02
Build
controlled implementation.
- 03
Verify
evidence, tests, provenance, proof assertions.
- 04
Deliver
authorised acceptance and release controls.
AI-assisted development
AI coding tools are part of my workflow. What makes the output trustworthy is the control around it: every unit of work produces sealed evidence, an independent reviewer rules on it, and only a person decides on credentials, spending or anything irreversible.
Systems behind the method
Evidence policy
- Test figures are labelled run, documented or static.
- Screens marked Recreated are rebuilt from the source code with synthetic data to show layout; they are not screenshots.
- Private repositories are never linked; approved excerpts only.
How the systems connect.
From browser automation and operational orchestration to infrastructure, analytics, and product delivery, my work spans connected systems rather than isolated features.

Governance and review
01Workflow authority
Governs how every project is delivered: seals each unit of work into verifiable evidence and routes it to an independent AI reviewer before anything advances.

Engineering Review & Assurance System
Makes evidence, provenance and approval visible for governed work; approval comes only from an authorised reviewer.

Runtime and product systems
03Browser automation agent
Drives the operator's own signed-in browser with every step approved by a person; other systems send it work over a local channel.

Lead engine
Collects, deduplicates and scores local businesses, then drafts preview-only outreach for a person to send.

HomePro SG
A multi-role home-services app on its own cloud backend, switchable between two data planes without re-login.

WebWorks Generator (WWG)
Converts existing web pages into componentised React/Next.js pages, extracts theme, content and local assets, then verifies each result against the source one acceptance dimension at a time.

Provisioning & hosting platform
Turns a payment into a live, secure website on its own domain.

RouteDawg
The carrier operations product: manager, driver and admin apps over a backend that runs route planning in the background.

Market intelligence
Turns the planning engine's market stream into lanes, broker profiles, daily briefs and a dispatch simulation.

Route planning engine
Builds and ranks two- and three-load routes against pickup windows and driver hours.
